Thank you so much for making learning Hungarian so enjoyable and fun! I never would have stuck it out this long otherwise! In fact, I did try to learn it two times previously and really ended up dreading classes and not enjoying or even trying to study much because it just felt like a chore!
We are so lucky to have you to study and learn with every week! Please don't ever quit or retire! Ha ha! I'm going to be working on this for a very long time!

I recently decided to organize my notes and emails from the last 4 ½ year that I’ve been studying the Hungarian language with Gergely. Although I’ve always recognized that he’s a patient teacher, I didn’t know the extent of that patience until I reviewed my files. I was shocked to see how many times he had to repeat the same grammar rules or vocabulary to our class of 6 students over, and over, and over again – but always with a smile. I also realized how much Hungarian culture he has shared with us as I found links for movies, videos, songs; notes regarding significant historical events in various cities; literature references; famous writers, poets, inventors, etc.; cultural traditions; websites for relevant resources; interesting sites to see when traveling in Hungary. He gives us so much more than just language lessons – it’s truly a linguistic and cultural immersion experience.

Hello, after only a few hours I can already highly recommend Gergely, who teaches me Hungarian. Gergely immediately put me at ease and adapted to my level and pace, while inviting me to speak Hungarian without being afraid of making mistakes. "Learning Hungarian with Gergely Németh? Definitely the best decision you can make!
I am from Germany and when I came here to Miskolc half a year ago I was like: "How should I learn this language without despairing?" Honestly, Hungarian is one of the hardest languages I know and if you really want to learn it, you have to be diligent AND the most important: You have to love it. Fortunately I met Gergely Németh! I've never thought it was possible, but he can make Hungarian sounds logical! The world needs more teachers like him. He succeeds to teach in a way you don't stop enjoying it. According to the fact that he is Hungarian and that he knows next to the difficulties of his language also the beauty in it, he made me loving Hungarian more than I already did.
